Take a short 1-minute walk (100 yards on a moderate slope to the dock) to the lake in our quiet cove and go for an evening kayak or paddleboard. It's pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The home has amazingly fast internet, streaming media on the televisions, games for the entire family, gas BLACKSTONE grill, and a TREAGER pellet smoker, multiple deck/patios to enjoy the setting by the lake, pool table, air hockey, basket ball hoops game, board games,and a kitchen that is very well appointed. At Lanier Vacation Rentals, our goal is to provide a 5-star experience beyond anything you would expect. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
